I offer both Online counselling and face to face sessions.
I am a Person Centred Counsellor, so I will focus on you and what you feel it is important for you to talk about, I want you to feel comfortable enough to speak with me about anything at all. I will not judge you and will use my own wide ranging life experience and training to truly understand your issues and to help you to find a way forward.
My own personal combination of professional and experience with Issues including addiction, alcoholism, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self esteem, bereavement. Whatever it is that’s troubling you, I can help.
I believe that the relationship between you and your therapist is the most important factor in enabling change to take place, so I offer a low cost (£20) first 50 minute session with no obligation to rebook, so you can decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
